We usually reply within two working days.

What to include

• The television's Device Reference, from Settings › About on the television. It is the only identifier support needs.
• What you were doing, what the screen said, and the date if you know it.
• For a payment question, the payment receipt if you have one.

Never send

Passwords, playlist links, provider logins or card details. Somatro will never ask for them — not by email, and not on the website. Crop anything in a screenshot you would not show a stranger.
